Job Description

As a Business Development Engineer for Solar Energy Evaluation,  you will play a crucial role in assessing the performance and reliability of solar energy systems. You will be responsible for conducting technical evaluations, analyzing data, and providing recommendations to optimize the efficiency and longevity of our solar projects. Your work will contribute to the company's efforts to maximize the benefits of renewable energy and reduce our carbon footprint.

1.    Technical Assessments: Perform comprehensive technical assessments of solar energy systems, including photovoltaic (PV) panels, inverters, mounting structures, and associated components.

2.    Data Analysis: Collect and analyze performance data from solar installations, using various monitoring systems and tools to identify potential issues and areas for improvement.

3.    Report Generation: Prepare detailed technical reports summarizing the findings of your evaluations, including performance metrics, system health assessments, and recommendations for improvements.

4.    Quality Control: Ensure that solar projects adhere to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company specifications, identifying and addressing any deviations or deficiencies.

5.    Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to solar energy systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions.

6.    Performance Optimization: Recommend and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency, reliability, and longevity of solar installations, including maintenance schedules and system upgrades.

7.    Research and Development: Stay informed about the latest advancements in solar technology and best practices to continually improve the company's solar projects.

8.    Documentation: Maintain accurate records of evaluations, assessments, and recommendations, ensuring compliance with internal and external reporting requirements.

9.    Communication: Effectively communicate findings and recommendations to project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders, both in written reports and through verbal presentations.

10. Safety: Promote a culture of safety and ensure that all solar installations meet safety standards and protocols.
