As a Creative Lead, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engage our target audience, and boost conversions. You wll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling online campaigns, measure performance, and optimize our digital presence.
- Digital Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Content Creation: Generate engaging and relevant content for various online platforms, including website, social media, email marketing, and more.
- SEO and SEM: Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) and manage paid advertising campaigns (SEM) to improve visibility and traffic.
- Social Media Management: Develop and maintain a strong social media presence across platforms, engaging with the audience, and fostering community growth.
- Email Marketing: Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators, conduct data analysis, and prepare regular reports to track the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
- Website Management: Oversee the company's website, ensuring it remains up-to-date, user-friendly, and aligned with digital marketing objectives.
- Campaign Management: Create, launch, and manage digital advertising campaigns using platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and others.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer behavior to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Facebook
- Business Manager, and email marketing software.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and consumer behavior.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis.

- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
