As a Creative Lead, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engage our target audience, and boost conversions. You wll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling online campaigns, measure performance, and optimize our digital presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
Content Creation: Generate engaging and relevant content for various online platforms, including website, social media, email marketing, and more.
SEO and SEM: Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) and manage paid advertising campaigns (SEM) to improve visibility and traffic.
Social Media Management: Develop and maintain a strong social media presence across platforms, engaging with the audience, and fostering community growth.
Email Marketing: Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators, conduct data analysis, and prepare regular reports to track the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
Website Management: Oversee the company's website, ensuring it remains up-to-date, user-friendly, and aligned with digital marketing objectives.
Campaign Management: Create, launch, and manage digital advertising campaigns using platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and others.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer behavior to adapt strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Facebook
Business Manager, and email marketing software.
Strong understanding of marketing principles and consumer behavior.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot) are a plus.
